Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

Please contact us within 14 days to let us know you wish to return your order. Once you have notified us, please send the item back within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. Refunds include the original standard delivery charge where applicable. If you selected an upgraded delivery option, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
