Workshop On Site

If your jeweller has a workshop on site, you can be sure that a team of goldsmiths and silversmiths will be able to deal with all jewellery repairs, from soldering breaks in chains, supplying and setting stones, to sizing rings, to complex remaking of worn-out favourite pieces. You can often see their expertise at work for yourself if you can see into the workshop from the store.

The advantage of an on-site workshop is that you know where your precious jewellery is at all times if you have taken it in to be repaired – it does not have to leave the premises. It also often means that you can talk to the person who will repair the jewellery, either to get a quote for the work or to ask any questions you may have about the piece or the sort of repair it needs.

Jewellers with on-site workshops will often have their own unique collections of jewellery for sale in store, designed and handmade by the skilled craftsmen in their workshops.
